Description
Richmond, North Yorkshire was voted one of the top towns to live in 2004.
And it is a very special place with lots of interesting subjects for any artist and a gem of a Georgian theatre for any actor.
Neil says...
"I don't know if there was ever a carnival in Frenchgate or even in Richmond for that matter. But I couldn't resist the idea. And the original painting sold very quickly so someone else thought so too.
